These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Royals Bloodline website, Royals Battles, and related services. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must meet all eligibility requirements established by Royals Bloodline and any third-party platforms used in connection with the service. Users must provide accurate information when creating an account or creator profile.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for activity that occurs through their account.

Users may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or attempt to access accounts or administrative areas without authorization.

3. TikTok Connection

Royals Bloodline may allow users to connect their TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization tools.

Users remain responsible for their TikTok account and must comply with TikTok's own terms, policies, and community guidelines. Royals Bloodline does not control TikTok accounts and is not responsible for actions taken by TikTok.

4. Royals Battles

Royals Battles provides tools for creator event participation, battle scheduling, matchmaking, opponent assignment, attendance tracking, and related administrative functions.

Matchmaking may consider information such as creator availability, blocked times, agency affiliation, event participation, creator status, and typical or self-reported diamond levels.

5. Event Signups and Scheduling

By signing up for an event or battle, users agree to make a reasonable effort to attend at the scheduled date and time.

Users are responsible for submitting accurate availability and blocked times. Scheduling may change when necessary because of cancellations, replacements, event adjustments, technical issues, or administrative decisions.

6. Attendance and No-Shows

Royals Bloodline may track attendance, cancellations, replacements, and no-shows for Royals Battles events.

Repeated no-shows or other violations of event requirements may result in temporary restrictions, suspension from battle signups, removal from events, or other account restrictions.

7. Creator Information

Users are responsible for keeping creator profile information reasonably accurate, including TikTok username, agency affiliation, availability, and other information used for matchmaking or event administration.

Certain profile and battle-related information may be shown to other authorized users when reasonably necessary for events, scheduling, matchmaking, opponent information, or administrative functions.

8. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or account restrictions, submit fraudulent information, harass other users, manipulate event results, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

9. Administrative Actions

Royals Bloodline administrators may review accounts, creator profiles, event participation, battle activity, and related records when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.

Royals Bloodline may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates security concerns, repeatedly fails to meet event requirements, or when restriction is reasonably necessary for operational purposes.

10. Service Availability

Royals Bloodline does not guarantee that the website or related services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

Features may be changed, suspended, added, or removed as the service develops.

11. Third-Party Services

Royals Bloodline may rely on third-party platforms and service providers, including TikTok, hosting providers, authentication providers, databases, and communication services.

Royals Bloodline is not responsible for the availability, policies, decisions, or operation of third-party services.

12. User Content and Information

Users retain ownership of information and content they submit, subject to any rights held by third-party platforms.

By submitting information to Royals Bloodline, users permit Royals Bloodline to use that information as reasonably necessary to operate, display, manage, secure, and improve the service.

13. Privacy

Use of Royals Bloodline is also subject to the Royals Bloodline Privacy Policy.

Royals Bloodline and Royals Battles are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Royals Bloodline makes no guarantees regarding specific results, creator performance, battle outcomes, event participation, earnings, TikTok performance, or availability of third-party platforms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royals Bloodline will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party platforms, event participation, or interactions between users.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Royals Bloodline features, services, policies, or operations change. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
