Royals Bloodline may collect information that users provide directly, including account information, creator profile information, agency affiliation, self-reported diamond levels, event signups, matchmaking activity, battle information, and other information submitted through Royals Bloodline services.

2. TikTok Account Information

Royals Bloodline may allow users to connect their TikTok account using TikTok's official authorization tools.

When a user chooses to connect TikTok and authorizes access, Royals Bloodline may receive information made available through the TikTok permissions approved by the user, including:

• TikTok display name
• TikTok username, when permission is available
• TikTok profile photo
• TikTok account or profile identifier
• Other TikTok profile information specifically authorized by the user

Royals Bloodline does not receive a user's TikTok password. Connecting TikTok does not give Royals Bloodline control over a user's TikTok account.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected by Royals Bloodline may be used to create and maintain accounts and creator profiles, verify identity, display profile information, organize event signups, manage Royals Battles events, generate matchmaking suggestions, manage approved battles, provide analytics and administrative tools, support users, improve features, and maintain the security and integrity of the service.

4. Royals Battles and Matchmaking

Royals Battles may use information such as a creator's agency affiliation, event participation, account status, availability, blocked times, and typical diamond level when generating or reviewing potential battle matchups.

Certain creator profile information may be visible to other authorized Royals Battles users when necessary to support battle scheduling, matchmaking, events, and opponent information.

5. How Information Is Stored

Royals Bloodline stores information using third-party services and infrastructure used to operate the Royals Bloodline website and related services. Access to administrative information is restricted to authorized users.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect stored information. However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

6. TikTok Access Tokens

If Royals Bloodline receives access or refresh tokens from TikTok, those credentials are intended to be stored and handled securely on the server and are not intentionally exposed to other users.

TikTok tokens are used only as needed to communicate with TikTok's authorized services and access information permitted by the user.

7. Sharing of Information

Royals Bloodline does not sell users' personal information. Information may be shared when reasonably necessary to operate Royals Bloodline services, provide requested features, work with service providers, comply with legal obligations, protect users or the service, investigate misuse, or when the user has authorized the sharing.

8. Third-Party Services

Royals Bloodline may rely on third-party services, including TikTok and website infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, analytics, and communication providers. Information processed by those providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Royals Bloodline may retain account, creator, event, battle, analytics, and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, protect the service, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted or anonymized.

10. Disconnecting TikTok

Users may stop using the TikTok connection or revoke Royals Bloodline's TikTok authorization through applicable TikTok account settings when available.

Disconnecting TikTok may prevent Royals Bloodline from automatically retrieving or updating TikTok profile information. Information previously stored by Royals Bloodline may remain until deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

11. Access, Correction, and Deletion

Users may request correction or deletion of personal information associated with their Royals Bloodline account. Requests may be submitted to the Royals Bloodline administration team through official Royals Bloodline communication or support channels.

Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, administrative records, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

Royals Bloodline services are not intended for children. Users must meet the eligibility requirements established by Royals Bloodline and any third-party platforms used in connection with the service.
